Chiropractic and Cranial Work

As pediatric chiropractors we are always looking to better assess and improve care to better serve your kiddos. One way we do this, other than neurological assessments and specific adjustments is cranial work. Why is cranial work important to infants specifically? It has been shown to have a positive effect on detoxification of the central nervous system, cranial and facial growth and development, and spinal growth. By balancing dural tension we can improve fresh blood delivery and cerebral spinal fluid to and from the brain and improve nerve impulse transmission. What does this mean for you and your kiddo’s? By specifically assessing and adjusting your kiddos properly and with the right frequency we can make sure they are functioning and developing optimally to their best ability. This allows them to experience and adapt to life the way they were designed to. For some kiddos that may mean better sleep, digestion, transitions and immune responses. For other kiddos that may mean better adapting to their environment and continuing to experience health and vitality while those around them may be struggling.
