Another great option is prayer, thank God for another day and opportunity as well as praying for your friends and family. We as parents can join in in morning affirmations and prayer.

Eating a healthy breakfast gives you the energy to tackle the day. Foods like fruits, yogurt, and eggs are great choices. Don’t forget about water, after a long night of sleep and rest, our body craves water to get ready for a busy day, Plus, taking a few minutes to enjoy your meal can be a peaceful start to your morning. Parents, having healthy breakfast options help but also making sure your kiddos have plenty of time to sit down and enjoy breakfast before the busyness of school can help set the tone for the day,
Get Moving
A little bit of exercise in the morning can wake up your body and mind. Try some simple stretches, a short walk, or even a quick dance party to your favorite song. This is a great opportunity for us parents to lead by example and get some movement in with our kiddos.
